We guarantee ethics and social commitment with the aim of obtaining and maintaining the trust of our customers, suppliers, collaborators, administration and any other stakeholder.
Transcoma Grupo Empresarial fosters an organisational culture that includes both employees and directors. Its main aims are to promote the feeling of pride of belonging to the Group and to have motivated and skilled people who have a positive effect on the quality of the services provided, obtaining a competitive advantage and strengthening the links with all stakeholders. Transcoma Group believes in the value of people and in the ability of their companies to cover a wide spectrum of services in the logistic chain.
To do so, the Group has an established organisational structure in which the roles and responsibilities of each and every one of the employees are clearly defined. Top management proposes strategic three-yearly or five-yearly plans, which reflect the business policy to be followed and the short, medium and long term goals.
The company complies meticulously with the legislation affecting the operation of the different companies, ensuring full commitment to the relevant administrations and paying continuous attention to any change related to governmental policies, international trade or global wars and conflicts that may have repercussions on some of their alliances or subsidiary companies. In this regard, any potential political and/or territorial change that may affect the national unit is considered.
All of the above seeks to establish Transcoma Group as a leader in the sector and to ensure the trust that is placed in the company by the owners, the employees, the clients, the suppliers, the administration, the community and in general, any entity or person who may have a relation with the organisation.
Transcoma Grupo Empresarial believes that correct communication is the cornerstone of success, and consequently, it defines clear rules and guidelines that are sent to each and every one of their collaborators by communiqués, emails and via the corporate intranet; as well as to clients and suppliers using different computer tools.
The implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 facilitates the continuous improvement of quality management systems (SGC) and organisation processes. In turn, this improves the ability of our operations to meet the client’s needs and expectations.
The ISO 9001:2008 standard is based on eight principles of quality management:
For Transcoma Grupo Empresarial, quality —understood as the commitment to satisfy our customers’ demands and expectations through the most effective and efficient services— has always been our utmost desire and aspiration. That is why we have implemented a quality system based on the ISO 9001 international standard, aimed at managing and controlling the organisation in terms of the quality of the activities the Group carries out.
ISO 9001:2008 establishes the criteria for a quality management system. The standard is based on a series of principles, including a strong focus on the client, the motivation and involvement of top management, and an approach based on processes and continuous improvement. With ISO 9001:2008, we ensure that our clients receive highly efficient services.

The Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) is a key figure within international trade, facilitating direct procedures with control authorities without any intermediaries, providing specific advantages all across the European Union.
The Authorised Economic Operator came about through the need to increase the role of customs in terms of security in the international logistic chain. The figure of the AEO is one of the mechanisms —probably the most important one— by which customs will develop this new role to benefit legitimate trad.
There are two types of certificate, responding to the demand of requirements and of the resulting benefits:
Authorised Economic Operator for customs simplifications
Authorised Economic Operator for security and safety
In general, an AEO Company will have easier, simpler and more direct access to the Customs Administration. The main advantages resulting from the status of Authorised Economic Operator, according to that established by the community customs regulations are as follows:
Maximum safety is guaranteed when all the participants in the logistic chain are safe operators. When this is not the case, risks increase and logically, the advantages decrease

It is the Quality System of the port community implemented in the ports of Valencia and Sagunto, and owned by the Valencia Port Authority.
The most relevant companies and all public bodies coordinate to provide port clients (importers, exporters and shipping lines) with guaranteed global service standards. As such, the Mark is the only system that guarantees end users comprehensive services until arrival at their facilities. This enables the port clients to identify and work with companies from the port community that are publicly committed to quality and are endorsed by the prestigious Guarantee Mark.
The Guarantee Mark is a Comprehensive Quality System that guarantees the provision of specific port services, through the fulfilment of commitments voluntarily undertaken by the companies and public entities that are providing services. The commitments are as follows:
a) General commitments:
b) Specific commitments:
This refers to a number of commitments specific to each group and linked to each of the Guarantees in which said group intervenes and which are gathered in the corresponding articles of the Procedures Manual. These commitments are related with the documentary and physical processes carried out by the different groups of the port community.
